Refunds Policy
At Nature in Print, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll do our best to put it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
- Your item is returned within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy for full details).
- The product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ve contacted us in advance at sales@natureinprint.co.uk to arrange the return.
Processing Your Refund
- Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
- Postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- If your order arrived damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
- Check your bank or card provider’s processing times (they can vary).
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- If the issue persists, email us at sales@natureinprint.co.uk and we’ll help resolve it.
